The appointment comes as the Company continues to drive its mission to transition the world’s 1 billion adult smokers away from cigarettes, eliminate their use, and combat underage usage of its products.

Melissa brings a wealth of experience operating in highly regulated industries. Most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Stonegate Group, Melissa expanded her remit from sales and marketing to encompass a broad commercial role and was instrumental in navigating complex commercial challenges in the UK hospitality sector.

Previously, she served as Commercial Director for the on-trade at Diageo, as well as holding other senior positions at prominent national and global brands.

In her new role, Melissa will oversee all of Juul Labs Inc.’s current and future UK commercial activities, in addition to leveraging her talents in international markets, as the company seeks to bring its next-generation product technology – which has been proven to help smokers move away from cigarettes – to more parts of the world.
