In 2019, we announced the national rollout in the U.S. of our Track + Trace System that enables us to identify where confiscated and reported JUUL Devices are being sold. If a JUUL Device is confiscated from someone who is underage, a parent, teacher, or other individual can provide the serial number of the JUUL Device to our online-reporting portal. As of today, all JUUL Devices in the U.S. market are fully traceable. Our dedicated team will monitor these submissions and track confiscated products. Once identified, we will take appropriate action.
